Uses in perfumery :
Rarely used as such. Patchoulol is however very present in our formulas because it is a component of Patchouli EO It is therefore very commun to find it in the results of chromatographic analysis.
Natural availability :
Patchoulol is, with nor-patchoulenol, one of the molecule responsible for the carasteristic odor of Patchouli EO.
Literrature also says that this compound can be found in curcuma aromatica
